Health and mobility

It depends how you classify health/mobility problems... I'm currently 26, 5'2" and 326lbs, folks ages, heights, muscle distribution, exercise levels, and family history will all play a factor...

I technically had a health scare right around 300lbs where we thought obesity-caused sleep apnea (which weirdly is actually a type of sleep apnea) was depriving my lungs and brain of oxygen, did a sleep study and it turned out to be a different issue causing the main problem but I do have mild sleep apnea likely due to all the weight on my chest... this being said, I carry a lot of weight in my boobs, so it probably is affecting me earlier than most.

I started getting small cysts between my thighs at around the 250 mark due to constant rubbing/sweat, but they are manageable with good hygiene.

No diabetes or heart/blood pressure concerns yet, but both run in my family so it will probably happen eventually....

Mobility... right now I can probably walk an hour, maybe hour and 15min at a leisurely pace on flat land without stopping, for me its less about stamina and more about how sore my feet and ankles get carrying my weight... Running is a joke, I could maybe sprint for 30 seconds before I need to stop and catch my breath. Stairs are still fine, after a flight I start to breath heavier, and i usually need a break after 3 flights. Im doing work on my flexibility rn, I haven't touched my toes since the low 200 range...

Health and mobility

Hi,
(Translated with Google Translate)

I am 45 years old, 1.64m tall, and currently weigh around 130/135kg. I personally feel that my body doesn't look that heavy in proportion.

I have multiple health problems, but I've had issues with my weight since I think I was in my 20s, and that isn't conducive to my health.

I have always weighed between 100 and 60 kg, and sometimes I would lose 40 kg within six months, only to gain it back even faster afterwards.

By now, I have type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea (my liver values weren't good the last time), high cholesterol, wear and tear on my back (the doctor says this is because most of the weight hangs on my stomach), edema in both my legs, one worn-out knee, and poor fitness. I prefer not to climb stairs anymore because it hurts a lot and I arrive at the top out of breath and sweaty. Over the next two weeks, I have several appointments at the obesity clinic, including a walking and cycling test. They also noticed something abnormal during the cycling test last year.

I still need to figure out how I'm going to explain my weight gain. No FF, just the fault.

I never expected to have these symptoms at such a young age and while still at a relatively low weight. The doctor says it's just pure bad luck.
